For as long as I can remember, I have been an undeniable lover of movement. I didn’t fit well into sports or gyms but I always felt at home when exploring my creativity through the language of my body.
I danced professionally for several years but after becoming injured, I realized that my lifestyle was not sustainable. I desperately needed a way to keep moving and get that feeling my body craved and loved so much. That’s when I discovered Pilates and it changed my life. It completely transformed my relationship with my body and movement. It made me feel like I was taking care of my body instead of punishing it. Within the Pilates structure, I found a freedom of movement I had never experienced before.
I wanted to know everything about this form of exercise so I entered a rigorous Comprehensive Pilates Certification Program. I discovered that teaching filled a missing piece of me. I continue to learn and practice to be the best teacher I can be for you. Every day I am either studying the latest movement research, creating new classes or taking the same classes that you are on my platform.
My greatest joy is to empower you through fearless movement to realize all of your beauty, talent and strength. It is an honor to share this practice with you.
